Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the nn77u platform — whether through our website at nn77u.net, any related mobile web interface, or any other nn77u-branded access point — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and nn77u (the "Platform," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of nn77u following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their stated effective date.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on nn77u, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of nn77u or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment service providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR, and you have not been banned or suspended from the nn77u platform or any platform operated by nn77u's affiliates.
• You are opening and using the account solely on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.

nn77u reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above eligibility requirements at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the period specified by our support team may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on nn77u. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nn77u will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You agree to notify nn77u immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. nn77u shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nn77u complies with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. We may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume transactions

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. nn77u will make reasonable efforts to complete the verification process promptly and will communicate any outstanding requirements to you via your registered email address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nn77u are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). nn77u does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are encouraged to confirm applicable fees with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other payment provider they use before initiating a transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your nn77u wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change at nn77u's discretion with reasonable notice. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity and not for money laundering, structuring, or any other illegal financial activity.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within 30 to 60 minutes during banking hours. nn77u reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review or fraud investigation is pending may be held until the matter is resolved.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game type available on nn77u — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), bingo, keno, tennis betting, sports betting, and sabong — is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface or the applicable sports betting rules page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.

5.1 Bets Placed in Error

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the nn77u system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are responsible for reviewing bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. nn77u is not liable for losses arising from bets placed in error by the player.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a gaming session, nn77u will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the interruption based on server-side records. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be withheld pending investigation.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on nn77u — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international tennis, and other covered events — are subject to specific settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. nn77u reserves the right to void markets, amend odds, or suspend markets where the integrity of an event is in question or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.

Bonuses & Promotions

nn77u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the promotion, and the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and used only after the real-money balance has been exhausted, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nn77u platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification processes.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or deliberately losing to transfer funds.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and may be void.
• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that nn77u reasonably determines to threaten the integrity of any game, sporting event, or other outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward nn77u staff or other users of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nn77u platform — including but not limited to the nn77u brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of nn77u or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from nn77u.

Privacy & Data Protection

nn77u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on nn77u, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have given separate consent — direct marketing communications. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn77u's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to nn77u in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nn77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if nn77u has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

nn77u does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, and actions of third-party providers may affect platform availability from time to time. nn77u shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions where they are outside nn77u's reasonable control.

Suspension & Termination

nn77u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or any conduct that may expose nn77u to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Failure to pass required identity or payment verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or notification from PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry.
• Direction from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms prior to the closure date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nn77u platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the nn77u customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notice, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body, being PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila, which the parties hereby irrevocably accept as proper venue.

Amendments to These Terms

nn77u reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, close your account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of nn77u after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
